Andy is proud to be a Ballibay lifer, in his third stint at Camp. He has originated the Radio Program, taught Creative Writing, directed 8 shows and as a somewhat younger man, served as a lifeguard. He's the proud parent of three, including Violet, who's back at Ballibay for her second year. Andy's is thrilled to be here for his 15th summer.

Professional Bio:
Andrew Blais is a Lighting Designer, Stage Manager, Stagehand, Actor, and Writer. His 35-year career has included On and Off-B'way, NBC & ABC Television, the Metropolitan and Paris Opera Houses, and Tours around the globe with major dance companies. Teaching: Composition, Design, Electricity at Brooklyn College, Marymount Manhattan College & City Tech College, respectively. Awards: Faculty Writing (Poetry) at City Tech College; 2009 Emmy Award for Contributions to The Martha Stewart Show; 2024 Best Actor Perry Award Nom. for "Deathtrap." Recent projects include the Lighting Design for "Sideways" at the Chatham Playhouse and Opening Studio A in the new Disney flagship building in Hudson Square, NYC, for "LIVE w/ Kelly & Mark," where he has been Light Board Programmer for the last 9 years.
