Hello! I'm very excited for my second summer as a Rock Counselor at Ballibay. During my first summer in 2023, I was simply wowed by the talent and creativity shown by all the campers. It was especially rewarding to see campers of all experience levels work together to complete incredible musical projects. I loved hearing about how campers made new friends through this experience, just as I did with my fellow counselors. I can't wait to share my love for music and reconnect with the Ballibay community this summer!

Professional Bio:
James Mannix is a musician from Reading, Pennsylvania, specializing in percussion and songwriting. He is well-versed in many different genres, with experiences in jazz, rock, pop, and folk. While attending Vassar College, he played in numerous college bands. One of these, Ufology has played in NYC and nearly opened for JPEGMAFIA (long story). His drumming is featured on fowlmouth's Trick Candle single (@fowlmouth.band) and is a founding member of Frindle (releasing music later this year).
