Professional Bio:
With a rich and diverse musical background, I bring a unique blend of classical training, operatic experience, and jazz influences to my work as a musician and performer. As a graduate of the prestigious New England Conservatory of Music, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of music theory, performance, and composition. My journey in music began with a focus on classical voice and opera, where I have had the privilege of performing in a variety of productions and recitals. My training at the New England Conservatory has provided me with a strong foundation in vocal technique, interpretation, and stage presence, allowing me to bring depth and emotion to my performances on the opera stage. In addition to my classical training, I have a passion for musical theatre, where I have showcased my versatility and storytelling abilities through a range of roles and productions. I thrive in the theatrical setting, where I can bring characters to life through song and performance, connecting with audiences and conveying the power of music to evoke emotion and inspire. Beyond my classical and theatrical pursuits, I also have a deep appreciation for jazz music, which has influenced my style and approach as a musician. With proficiency in saxophone, trumpet, and vocal jazz, I am able to explore the improvisational and expressive qualities of jazz music, adding a dynamic and creative element to my musical repertoire. As a musician with a dual background in classical, opera, musical theatre, and jazz, I am constantly seeking new ways to push boundaries, challenge myself, and expand my musical horizons. I am excited to continue my journey as a performer, educator, and collaborator, sharing my passion for music with audiences and students alike, and exploring the endless possibilities of musical expression.
