It is my first year at Ballibay summer camp. I am really exited to experience the summer camp atmosphere, as it is not something we have i Denmark. I look forward til experiencing the American cultur and being part of a community that aims to create great experiences for everyone.

Professional Bio:
I will be teaching yoga and mindfulness at Ballibay. I love creating a space for peace and relaxation, where there is room to let go - something I will do my best to cultivate in my teaching. In a yin yoga class or a meditation session with me, I will strive to provide space for you to be yourself. To create a flow in the body so that we can release all tensions. When we let go of everything that blocks us in our bodies, we create space for the energy to flow freely and creativity will come to us.
